nice picture! the whites are a bit overexposed, but that doesn't bother me that much. Imho you oversharpend it a little. it looks no longer very natural. and I'd looked for another angle (without that sword in the forground).
but still a nice street-shot! I like his expression.I'd go for a BW-version ;)

Very nice image!.....Love all the little details!......great capture and documentary work!....My only observation would be that the whites are overexposed and lack details.....I don`t know if they were already overexposed or were pushed during the post processing......
This is a frequent trouble with white clothings.......I usually have to work the whites or some parts on a separate layer and use shadow-highlights on PS CS2 and decrease the highlights......or if they were pushed too high I allways keep a "normal original layer" at the bottom were I can rescue the details of the whites.
Most of the time I exposed for the whites in order not to overexposed them.....because if they are too "washed" there is little to do.....but you can allwas rescue details on the shadows and middle tones.

Well, as for the overexposure issue, I always set the exposure and shutter speed manually nowadays, and when I see something that could get blown out, I tend to underexpose. Also, your cam might have a highlight function that shows you whether you have overexposed something, it's quite useful sometimes.
Carlos has a good note on the post processing there.
As for the angle, the only thing about it is that it shows some unnecessary area of the next little shop.
I like the DOF here, because the old man himself is interesting, but the wares in his lovely looking little shop are quite interesting too.

I would rotate this photo for 3,2°CW. Also agree with previous comments.
And I like BW version more.

I like the colored version better. I'm not an expert at photography but my critique as a simpler viewer is that everything's too sharp. I'd rather prefer to fokus on something.
Nice atmosphere) This man is very expressive in his look. I'd buy something..Nice shot)

The black and white picture is pretty but this one looks too much like a tourist photo...
