Description
this old Bosnian working man is sitting all day long in front of his workshop and sell his handworks made form stone, wood and iron. while he is waiting for someone to by one of his artworks , which are not very expensive, he is making others in hope to be better for selling...he is a hard worker. he is between 70 and 80 years old.

This is a frequent trouble with white clothings.......I usually have to work the whites or some parts on a separate layer and use shadow-highlights on PS CS2 and decrease the highlights......or if they were pushed too high I allways keep a "normal original layer" at the bottom were I can rescue the details of the whites.
Most of the time I exposed for the whites in order not to overexposed them.....because if they are too "washed" there is little to do.....but you can allwas rescue details on the shadows and middle tones.

Carlos has a good note on the post processing there.
As for the angle, the only thing about it is that it shows some unnecessary area of the next little shop.
I like the DOF here, because the old man himself is interesting, but the wares in his lovely looking little shop are quite interesting too.
